Story behind this 2009 addition in Plymouth. Homeowner’s Kevin and Cindee Mc Carthy wanted a third stall garage. Unable to achieve this conventionally on yhe side of the garage because of side yard setbacks they opted for a tandem style garage. This tandem style garage created an opportunity to add more living space above and under the garage. They choose to create a theatre room under the garage addition and a master suite above the garage . The Mc Carthy’s are very happy with the way their home changes improved there livability. These are shots were taken upon completion.
